The Problem

The current website presents usability challenges due to visual and structural clutter, which hampers intuitive navigation. Additionally, the existing three-step process for adding products to the cart introduces unnecessary friction, leading to user frustration and potentially impacting conversion rates.

The Solution

Streamline the interface by decluttering the layout, focusing on prioritizing essential elements like navigation, product details, and CTAs, while using white space effectively. Simplify the add-to-cart process by introducing a single-click "Add to Cart" button on product listing pages and incorporating a mini-cart for immediate confirmation without page redirection.
