Sales professionals are expected to consistently improve performance, but lack access to structured, actionable, and real-time learning systems.
Key challenges include:

The primary users of Level Up Now are:
🚗 Sales Advisors handling day-to-day customer interactions
📊 Sales Managers are responsible for tracking performance and guiding teams
🧑💼 Dealership staff working across multiple sales pipelines simultaneously
How do they work daily
Their workflow is highly dynamic and non-linear:
⏱️ They engage with customers in real-time, often with limited decision windows (2–5 minutes)
🔄 They switch between multiple systems to retrieve:👤 customer details
🚗 inventory availability
💰 pricing and offers
🧠 They rely heavily on memory, experience, and quick judgment due to a lack of centralized tools
📊 They frequently multitask between CRM systems, spreadsheets, and manual tracking tools
The client is the owner of an automotive sales company 🚗. She manages and educates managers on increasing their sales throughout the month 📈. She is very professional 🧑💼 and loves to hang out on weekends 🍹. She enjoys discussions about boosting sales in her industry 💬.
She prefers sleek and clean design ✨. One of her inspirations is the "Peloton" app 🧘♀️, particularly its fonts, organization, and vibes about the app 🌟.

The goal of Level Up Now was to design a system that supports sales professionals in making faster, more informed, and more confident decisions during their daily workflows.
⚡ Improve Sales Efficiency
Design an experience that helps sales advisors quickly access the right information at the right time, reducing friction during live customer interactions and improving overall productivity.
🧠 Centralize Sales Knowledge
Bring fragmented sales information, tips, and strategies into a single unified platform, allowing users to rely on one source of truth instead of multiple disconnected systems.
⏱️ Reduce Decision Time
Enable users to make faster decisions by minimizing tool-switching and presenting key insights in a structured, scannable format that supports real-time sales conversations.
🤝 Enable Community Learning
Create a collaborative environment where sales professionals can share experiences, learn from peers, and improve collectively through tips, discussions, and performance insights.
Level Up Now is a carefully designed app that empowers sales managers with valuable insights to enhance their sales performance 🚀. Beyond just tips, our platform provides a vibrant community space where professionals can engage in meaningful discussions 🗣️, share innovative ideas 💡, and showcase their achievements through leaderboard videos 🎥.
Users can also gain insights into their peers' company progress, creating an environment of collaboration and mutual growth 🤝.

Following the thorough collection of user interview data, I diligently structured and curated the information 📊. Additionally, I meticulously crafted an ideal user persona, ensuring that it encompassed all the requisite attributes essential for commencing the wireframing process 🖥️. This strategic approach serves as a solid foundation for our design endeavors 🎨, aligning seamlessly with the user-centric principles that drive our project 🚀.

To gain deeper insights into the app's functionality, we held a client meeting 🗣️ to discuss the app's flow and component placement. Afterward, I began working on the key initial screens 📱, including the landing screen, dashboard 📊, leaderboard 🏆, and sales categories 💼. These screens set the foundation for a smooth, user-friendly experience.

Lo-Fi Screens
After the app's overall flow was approved, I added visual elements like color schemes 🌈, layouts 🖥️, navigation elements, imagery 📸, and specific categories to the screens. This step helped deliver a polished visual representation of the client's product, ensuring it was both functional and visually appealing.

Front-End
The above screens were developed using Ionic Angular ⚡. If you’d like to explore the front-end features and see the app in action, feel free to reach out 📞 and schedule a demo! 📅

🚀Impact
The final design of Level Up Now helped create a more focused, structured, and intuitive experience for sales professionals operating in fast-paced environments.
⏱️ Reduced time required to access key sales insights by centralizing critical information in one dashboard
🧠 Improved decision clarity during live customer interactions by reducing cognitive overload
📊 Enabled more consistent sales performance by standardizing access to sales knowledge and strategies
🤝 Encouraged peer learning and engagement through a community-driven approach
The most important outcome was not just efficiency, but improving confidence in decision-making under pressure.
.
🧠 Reflection
This project helped me understand that designing for enterprise or sales-driven environments is less about adding features and more about reducing friction in decision-making.
I learned that users in high-pressure roles prioritize speed and clarity over exploration or complexity
I realized that even powerful data becomes ineffective if it is not structured for quick interpretation
I understood the importance of designing for real-world behavior patterns, not ideal user flows
