I spearheaded the development of a WordPress website utilizing the robust functionalities of Elementor and the Divi theme. Our overarching objective with this initiative is to seamlessly integrate the website with our user and vendor module web applications, fostering a cohesive digital ecosystem. In response to the unique tax filing needs of individual clients, we implemented a comprehensive questionnaire form as part of the onboarding process. Collaborating closely with our product manager, I spearheaded the design of the questionnaire flow, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. Subsequently, I directed my focus towards refining the Dashboard and Requested Proposal screens for Nexgen Taxes. Leveraging Adobe XD, I meticulously crafted the UX/UI of the User Module, ensuring optimal usability and visual appeal. When addressing the diverse functionalities required for tax professionals, meticulous design consideration becomes paramount. I meticulously crafted a comprehensive flowchart outlining the requisite steps for Tax Pros, ensuring clarity and efficiency in their workflow. Additionally, I developed straightforward onboarding forms tailored to streamline the process for small tax businesses. The Dashboard was meticulously designed to offer both comprehensive progress tracking and an overarching view, facilitating enhanced productivity. Furthermore, I integrated a feature enabling Tax Pros to seamlessly request tax documents from their clients, fostering streamlined communication and document exchange. Moreover, I implemented a user-friendly Chat module, empowering Tax Pros with effortless communication channels to connect with their clients swiftly and efficiently.
