The challenge lies in achieving synchronization between the ClassicHome website and the Repzio iPad application. ClassicHome Sales Representatives have conveyed their dissatisfaction with several aspects of this synchronization, including limited client access, subpar presentation quality, challenges in tracking and synchronizing orders with the ClassicHome website, and the inefficient utilization of time and resources. The primary objective is to develop a comprehensive solution that is well-structured and offers a unified platform. Furthermore, this solution should incorporate user-friendly features that address the usability deficiencies currently observed in Repzio, ultimately enhancing the overall experience for sales representatives such as Caroline in their interactions with clients.
The proposed solution aims to address the pain points identified by Sales Representatives by implementing key enhancements in the ClassicHome iPad App. The focus will be on providing a seamless user experience and empowering users like Caroline to achieve better outcomes in their sales. I embarked on a brainstorming session, meticulously considering the areas that required the utmost attention in the project. My focus was on enhancing the overall user experience while ensuring a seamless and straightforward approach.
After analyzing the data and selecting the most suitable iteration of the critical screen on Day 2, I proceeded to create a lightweight storyboard for the Sales Rep's app journey. The storyboard outlined the necessary interactions to guide the Sales Rep through the process of helping their client to checkout in a simple and timely manner.
