By integrating these key elements into one cohesive platform, the app empowers users to stay on top of their fitness journey and achieve their weight loss goals 🎯 with ease. Here’s how we built it!

The Struggle: Fitness Challenges Users Face 🌀

Maintaining a calorie deficit becomes challenging without proper meal tracking 🍔❌. Many struggle with finding effective, structured workout routines, leading to confusion and inconsistency 🏃‍♀️🔍. The absence of peer support makes it harder to stay motivated 🤝❓. Additionally, users lack easy access to simple, nutritious recipes, making it difficult to transition from unhealthy eating habits 🍕➡️🍏.

What we Discovered

We conducted surveys, interviews, and usability tests with 10+ users to understand pain points.
